LADY COUGARS SECURE FIRST WIN AT WEST GEORGIA TECH
LAGRANGE, GA - The Lady Cougars secured their first win of the season as they took on the Lady Knights of West Georgia Tech by a 72-66 final. Cleveland State would hold a 17 point lead against their hosts before holding of the West Georiga squad.
Chelsea Jones would lead Cleveland State with 17 points, 3 steals, and nine rebounds. Jara Gasper would follow her in scoring with 14 points as well as six rebounds and two steals. Robyn Anthony would reach double digit with ten points and six rebounds.
Hannah Brown would score eight points and hand out three assists while Shea Nunn would come off the bench to grab nine rebounds.
