Cleveland State Baseball 2015 Fall Classic Tournament Entry Form

Cleveland State Baseball will host fall baseball tournaments at Cleveland State Community College in Cleveland, Tennessee for 18 & Under High School or Select Teams.

The first tournament will be held on September 19-20, 2015. The deadline to enter for this tournament is September 12, 2015.

The second tournament will be held on October 17-18, 2015. The deadline to enter for this tournament is October 10, 2015.

The tournaments will each be 4 game pool play and have an 8 team limit.

The cost of each tournament is $350.00 and dozen balls

Teams must have proof of insurance.

After submitting your team entry form online, please forward payment, payable to Cleveland State Baseball, to:
