Bio
Troy Hooper was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 25th Round of the 1990 MLB Draft. He went on to play Minor League Baseball from 1990-1992, playing for four different teams. Over the course of his career, he posted a 4.64 ERA with 198 strikeouts in 213.1 innings pitched.
