NUNNELY CHOOSES BRYAN TO CONTINUE SOFTBALL CAREER
Leslie Nunnely has feline in her blood as she will go from being a Lady Cougar to being a Lady Lion next year joining the Bryan College softball team for next season.
Nunnely played her high school ball at Walker Valley before becoming the Lady Cougars' centerfielder for the past two years. As a freshman, she appeared in 17 games, finishing with a .213 average. She had three doubles, one home run, and 3 RBIs.
This past season, she saw action in 47 games. She had a .241 average with 8 doubles, three triples, two home runs, and 26 RBIs.
