COUGARS SUFFER FIRST SETBACK AT SNEAD
Cleveland State suffered their first defeat of the season as they fell to Snead State by a 67-62 final. The Cougars saw their hosts close the game on a 19-6 run to secure the victory over the Cougars.
Ralph Eason led the way with 22 points. He also had five assists, three steals, and three blocks in the contest. Trey Suttles finished with 18 points and nine rebounds. Travis Jones fought illness to finish with eight points.
The Cougars return home and back to conference play as they host Volunteer State and Motlow State in crucial games this Friday and Saturday.
