LADY COUGARS SIGN WARRIORETTE KRISTA KING

Coach Dan Lumpkin secured his second recruit for 2013-2014 when he made the trip to Sparta to sign Krista King from White County.  

King, a 5'7" guard, averaged 5.9 points, 3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists as well as 1.5 steals a game.   As a senior, she played both guard positions so her versatility will add depth to the Lady Cougars' backcourt.

Her athleticism and physical guard play will work in the fast pace game that the Lady Cougars primarily play.  Krista plans on majoring in athletic training or nursing while at Cleveland State.
