Baseball on the Road to Play Columbia State in a Three-Game Conference Series

The Cougars played Highland’s tough until the bottom of the fifth inning as the Chargers put eight runs on the board to break a 2-2 tie. The Cougars slashed out nine hits on the game and the pitching staff bested the Chargers pitchers winning the strikeout game 12-9.

Tuesday, February 15 Cougar baseball travels to Rome GA to take on Georgia Highlands in a 9-inning Game. Cleveland State (3-1) is coming off a three-game sweep vs. Vincennes University. Currently, the Chargers of Georgia Highlands sport a season record of 10-0.
