COUGAR VOLLEYBALL ANNOUNCES 2023 SCHEDULE
Cleveland State Volleyball has released their 2023 schedule which sees them on the road for their first six matches while tuesday, September 12, will be the Cougars opening home match vs. conference opponent Roane State slated for a 6:30p.m. EST start.
The season opener is set to be played at Reinhardt Univrsity Tuesday, August 29, followed by away games at Bryan College Thursday, August 31, and a tournament at Andrew College on Saturday, September 2. Cleveland State starts conference play at new conference member Pellissippi on Tuesday, September5, followed by a trip to Covenant College on Thursday, September 7.
The remaining six matches in September feature a road onference match vs. Chattanooga State on Tuesday, September 19, while hosting conference foes Roane State on Tuesday, September 12, and Walters State on Thursday, September 28 at 6:30 p.m. EST. The non-conference chedule includes road contest vs. Trevecca Nazarene on Friday, September 15, and home contests vs. Bryan College on Thursday, September 21, and Covenant College on Monday, September 25.
Nine matches conclude the seaon in October with four conference games set to be played with home contests including Pellissippi on Tuesday, October 3, and Roane State on Thursday, October 5, with 6:30 p.m. EST start times on both dates. The cougars travel to Chattanooga State on Tuesday, October 10, and Walters State on Thursday, October 19, to complete the regular season conference schedule.
Non-conference re-matches vs Reinhardt and Trevecca are slate for October 9 and October 25 respectively while in the middle of the month, Cleveland State travels to Snead State to compete in the Snead State Classic on Friday the 13th and Saturday the 14th.

The Cougars home schedule is played on the campus of Cleveland State in the L. Quentin Lane Gymnasium. Admission charge is $8 per person with no charge for Cleveland State sudents and personnel.
