TOWNE, SPEICHER NAMED NJCAA ACADEMIC ALL AMERICANS
The NJCAA recently announced student athletes who had achieved status as NJCAA Academic All Americans. Cougar baseball players Bobby Towne and Evan Speicher were both recognized for their performances in the classroom for the past academic year.
Towne recieved the Pinnacle Award from the NJCAA for his 3.9 GPA. Student athletes recieving this recognition had to have a GPA between 3.76 and 3.99.
Speicher was given an Exemplary Award for his 3.66 GPA. Students who had their GPA between 3.5 and 3.74 were recognized with this achievement.
