Baseball Adds to 2020 Roster
Tanner Hill from Ridgeland High School has committed to the Cougars for next season.
Baseball has signed Tanner Hill from Ridgeland High School in Rossville, Ga. to their roster for 2020.
Hill, who was a 6'2" utility player in high school, hit .418 with 26 RBI, 7 HR and 12 SB this year and also posted a 3.19 ERA with 48 strikeouts on the mound. He was named to the 2018 All-State and All-Region teams as well as earning spots on the Walker County Dream Team, All-North Georgia Team, and a spot on the Georgia MaxPreps Top 100 list. He also was the 4A Home Run Leader in 2019.
"Tanner has had a career at Ridgeland High School," head coach Mike Policastro said. "He is a strong kid that has power that should be able to play at the next level. We are excited about having him in our program."
