Baseball fell 3-2 to Dyersburg State in the first round of the TCCAA Tournament on Monday evening.
The Cougars held a 2-1 lead until the seventh inning, when the Eagles posted two runs. C Alex Coulter was 2-for-4 with an RBI while 1B Marcial Hernandez was 2-for-4. 2B Andrew Carpenter (1-for-4) also drove in a run.
Cleveland State will play either Jackson State or Motlow State, who play Monday evening at 7:30, Tuesday at 2:00 ET.
