Cougar volleyball remained undefeated to start the season as they defeated Crown College in three sets on Thursday night. They won by scores of 25-9, 25-22, &25-14. It brings the squad's record to 4-0 which is the best start in the program's history.
Zowee Dillard led the way on the attack with nine kills followed by aaliyah Rodgers with eight. Saylor Clark finished with six and Elanee Cotter had 5 as the team had a .242 kill percentage.
Piper Bowers had 16 assists for the match followed by Brooklyn Mathis and Megan Crocker, each with seven assists. Isabella Messer had 11 digs and two aces to lead the team. Reagan Frakes had two total blocks.
The volleyball team will be back in action on Saturday as they host Georgia Highlannds for a 2pm start. The teams met at the beginning of the season as the Cougars took a 3-0 victory in that matchup
