VOLLEYBALL TAKES CROWN COLLEGE IN STRAIGHT SETS
Cougar volleyball made the trip up I-75 to take on Crown College Saturday afternoon. They came away with another victory as they defeated their hosts 3-0. Scores were 25-14, 25-21, & 25-14. With the win, the Cougars overall record stands at 19-1.
Zowee Dillard once again lead the team on offense with 11 kills on 28 attacks (.357). She also had two service aces, five digs, and one block assist. Elanee Cotter was next with 10 kills on 23 attacks (.435) with two digs.
Piper Bowers led the team with 17 assists. She also had seven digs and three kills. Brooklyn Mathis finished with ten assists with seven digs.
Megan Crocker had five aces along with three digs on the afternoon.
The Cougars next opponent will be on the road as they travel to Walters State for their final conference match. Match time is set for 6pm EST and livestream is available through the Walters State Fan Zone on their site.
